4g in tampa

So I have 4g now, unannounced so far? I do notice that having 4g on makes my EVO lag, it's a bit choppy. Anyone have advice on how to cure it? Stock Froyo...I have like intermittent 1 bar...maybe that is it? Video off youtube looks amazing, plays hq by default, once I am there.

Tampa's 4G radios are coming online and offline as they test the system. I was told by a ranking contractor working on the system that they are launching November 1st.
