That sounds like Miami when I was there last month. Right before it went live.

Lots of places along Blossom Hill Road, most of Downtown, along most highways, going through Santa Clara, Mountain View, and up the Peninsula towards San Francisco.
In fact, most of the Bay Area now has 4G unofficially.
