Neither the Evo V or Galaxy S2 on Virgin have LTE capability. Both have "4G" but only using WiMax. When Virgin allows LTE it will likely be with the iPhone 5 and possibly a VM branded Evo 4G LTE or Galaxy S3.

I hope it's the LTEvo

I posted this in the Evo V thread : Even though Sprints aggressively rolling out Network Vision their current LTE footprint is actually smaller than the WiMax coverage. Not to mention alienating the new iPhone 5 owners who currently have very minimal LTE coverage. I really can't see this happening until after the buyout/merger is approved.

And they'll all be at least $600.

yesterday's surprising LTE news, now this? might just stay with VM after all

i would really like to switch for VM to t-mobile, but sprint has much much better coverage (both have good cover here, but t-mobile's completely dies off north and east of the area once out of the city)
