[4g new phone] metro pcs

I'm hearing that a new phone called the Huawei Activia 4G is supposedly coming out May 6th now I'm not sure if its true but just thought to put it out there.

SPECS as far as I heard:

4G LTE
Android 2.3
3.5 HVGA
5.0 Megapixel camera with flash and front facing VGA Camera
DTS Envelo
Memory Internal 120MB up to 32GB External
Battery 1880 mAh

Apparently it'll be 180-200 dollars?

the only thing i see that's better on this phone than my esteem is the battery size. no thank you. this thing looks weak. hopefully it has a good processor and a good amount of ram or i can see this phone going nowhere!

Curious as to processor also. The DTS defiantly rocked the M835:thumbup:
 
Will talk to Mike over at AndroidInvasion and see what we can't come up with here. LoL in our "Top Secret Discussion" forum HaHa. May 6th is my birthday so maybe we all see a diesel processor in this bad boy though
 
Same here no doubt... am predicting an 800MHz processor for the projected price range that it is in. May see a 1GHz processor in it but highly doubtful to be honest.
 
what exactly do you guys expect for an introductory price of $200 non contract?

sounds right to me.

I had a Huawei spokesperson two months ago telling me that this phone has hotspot, I repeat, HOTSPOT built in the Activa 4G.
Otherwise, this phone doesn't grab my attention at all.

Stopped by a friends metro store and looked over the package they sent him. Not too many specs included even for a store trying to sell the phone. Still don't know what processor it has-it did not say:(
 
The connect has hotspot built in too. You just can't use it without a third party app because metro has disabled it.
 
This makes a good upgrade to 4G but nothing to even think about getting if you have the Esteem, Attain or Connect.

Forget that man. I have a relative that went from the Admire to the LG Optimus M+ and he's convinced he wasted $180 for nothing.
 
Not to mention this phone only has 150mb of internal storage if I'm correct. Good 4g phone for people that can't afford the $300+ phones we offer.
