4g not working

okay so i just got a samsung galaxy s3 for verizon yesterday and my 4g doesnt work. at all. ive tried a ton of things but nothing seems to work. i was wondering if theres anyway to possiby fix this? it says i have 2 bars for 4g but it never gets higher than that. and when i try to use the internet or any app requiring internet i cant. please help?

If you have rebooted the phone and still have issues connecting to data, make sure Airplane Mode is OFF. Power down the phone, reseat the SIM card and power it back up. If you're still having trouble accessing data while the phone reads 4G, then you will want to give Verizon a call. Hope this helps.
