4G question

so i just had a chat with the construction workers working on the cell tower near my work and they informed me that they were installing something for verizon's 4g network

so my question is does anyone know the time frame from installing to actually turning it on

for anyone interested the location of the construction is in Albany Oregon

Currently the only city in Oregon is Portland (I have no idea where you are in relation) Albany doesn't appear on the list for 2011.

Just because its not set for an official launch doesn't mean there won't be 4G coverage. Poughkeepsie, NY hasn't officially launched but 4G is currently available.

i thought it was weird when they told me what they were doing seeing as how Albany is a rather small town compared to the likes of Eugene (home of U of O) and Salem (state capital) but hey you wont hear me complain

Considering Fargo, ND got 4G before our capital city did, I don't see how that has anything to do with it. I hope you get turned on soon! It's great having this speed!
