4G Smartphone Data Usage Alert

I have the 2G/$25 data package that I use on my iphone4. I got an HTC inspire yesterday and put put my sim card in it. I just got an alert (Email and txt) from at&t about using the right data plan for a 4G smartphone. My data works fine without problems. I thought I could use this plan with it. Anyone else got this?

We hope you are enjoying your 4G Smartphone!
We value your business and want to ensure you're set up with the right data plan for your Smartphone. If you have recently swapped a SIM card from your 3G handset into your 4G Smartphone, your data service may not work properly. Please call us at 1-800-331-0500 (or 611 from your wireless phone) and our team can help you establish service with an AT&T 4G Data Plan.
Our team is ready to help you activate data service with the right plan. We look forward to your call.
Thank you for being an AT&T customer.

Its more of a technicality...your 4g data plan will still cost $25 for 2gb...its just called hspa+ data instead of iphone data...give them a call and change it so when hspa+ gets turned on completely you wont experience any data issues!

Yeah. That's what I got from checking in the other forums. I went online and I am able to switch to the option via OLAM.
