Saw this article over at Engadget. Samsung's new chip could put 4GB of memory in your next smartphone basically it says Samsung will be ready to start mass production sometime in 2014. It also states it uses less power than their current 3GB chip that comes in the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Looks like I'll be getting a Note 4 or 5 after all depending on when they actually put this chip in their phones.
64 bit processors will probably start showing up soon as well.
