4Glite and hospot problem

Can you explain the problem more clearly? Are you having trouble with 4G itself or just the hotspot? What happens when you try to use them? Was it working previously, and if so what happened or changed before it stopped?

Ok. The 4G was not working at all, it only pop up like this (H) that's all and the hospot it always show-up (the SIM card is not Verizon therefore go to my wireless Verizon or call customer service)
Perhaps that's what you got to do. Or are you not a Verizon customer and it's a locked Verizon version G4?
What network are you using it on? CDMA networks like Verizon only use the SIM for LTE, so that would raise the possibility that it just doesn't like your SIM at all. But "H" implies HSDPA, which is a GSM 3g technology and so would need a SIM. And if you are using a different network there's always the possibility that it's not fully compatible. So if you can tell us who you are trying to use it with, and what else does or doesn't work, that might narrow the problem down a bit.
