I had the following widget installed (listed in the Android widgets as 1x4 clock)
I had to reset and lost it. I know I should have backed it up or at least checked what its name was, but did not.
Here is a photo I took (I have yet to learn how to screencap my Captivate and I'm not comfortable with rooting it again)
Someone on another forum said it is part of the Beautiful Widgets package, but I don't recall that I had that installed. I seem to recall that it was there after I updated to Froyo, but I can't be sure.
