I charge my two Samsung Notes up to 100%, turn the screens off but do not shut down - and leave them like that for 10 hours.
The 5" Note/Phone's battery is down to 80% but the 10.1" Notes battery is at 98%.
5" Note has a Mugen 5400mAh battery. 10.1" Note has the stock 7000.
20% * 5400 = 1080......... 2% * 7000 = 140........ 1080 -140 = beeeeg diff!
GSM Battery Monitor Pro seems to be telling me that it's not the phone, although it is a player at 15% of usage.
.15 * 1080 = 54. 1080 - 54 - 140 = 886mAh unexplained (and probably wasted?).
Both devices have WiFi=On and GPS=On, and Bluetooth=Off. The 5" has Power saving mode = On.
Ideally, I'd like to get the 5" Note to where I can turn off the phone, leave it overnite, and still have 98 or 99 percent battery left. No particular functionality in that - except that it seems like a reasonable indicator of how much battery is getting wasted with the screen off.
Suggestions?
