Better... or Different?

The sites have a different focus, different history, different culture, different strengths and weaknesses.

Be a member of both if you like, use both for what they offer, contribute to both , enjoy them for what they are.

There's no need to cast shade about either from either direction.

I know just my opinions, yeah they are different but it just shows differences between both sites but not agaisnt eachother 100%

Mobile apps don't bother me: I've used browsers on both for several years now (funnily Edge is a bit glitchy with XDA, but Firefox, while slightly slower generally, works well).

They are different forums with different focuses, and the cultures reflect these differences. As XDA is developer-focussed the rules are written to prevent devs constantly having the answer the same question from people who can't be bothered to read the first post of a thread or check whether 50 people have already asked the same thing and hence the answer was already available. AndroidForums is user-focussed, so the spirit is to be more welcoming to less knowledgeable members.

You forgot to mention that we're all better looking here, too. :)

Actually AF and XDA enjoy a sort of symbiosis. I have referred many members there for resources and technical instructions. I would hope that they suggest regular users jump over here for the basics. Both XDA and AF don't tolerate the drama of sites like Reddit or FB, but where we will diplomatically address any conflicts, XDA will just smack you down.

Guys on Androidforums are more handsome hahaa
i know, right?

You should consider running for public office of some sort. you can use these words in your campaign speech.

I have no idea if that is a complement, or the most brutal insult ive ever recieved.... Lol.

It was meant as a compliment but now if you have reservations about political figures you may have taken that as an insult. But words written as that could have easily been mistaken as coming from a professional campaign speech writer.
