Other first impressions?? Does the fingerprint reader work well?

Haven't had much chance to play yet but first impressions are excellent. It is lighter than my N4, looks good and feels good. Fingerprint sensor works well and is quick. Camera is impressive. Generally it is a nice piece of kit and I would not want anything bigger as a phone.

Can you confirm whether it does or does not come with a USB-C-to-USB-3.0 converter? There was a bit of mixed messaging out there in the media about that.

Are you asking if it comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable? If that is your question, the answer is no; the 5X (according to the various unboxings) only comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable. The 6P comes with the extra USB-C to USB-A cable -- though it is a USB 2.0 standard (both Nexus use the USB 2.0 standard, despite using the USB-C connector).

It comes with a battery charger and a cable.....the cable is a USB-C to USB-C. And that is it.

I have bought a USB-C to USB-A for pc connection and a USB-C to USB-micro converter so I can use such as my existing N4 car charger.

When did you order it? I just got a shipping notice for the case I bought at the same time on Google. Phone should be shipping shortly, I will assume. Nice dog!

Thanks! Still excited for it.

i think its a solid upgrade especially when you upgraded from Nexus 4. Not much of big improvement from N5. I think im going to go with an iPhone 6s... Hate to move from Pure Android Experience but N5x just not going to work.. and 6P is has a form factor which i refuse to use.
