Root 6.0 update gone

I used to be rooted, with TWRP installed, and hit install for the 6.0 update without thinking, and now it's gone, even after reflashing stock recovery, and reinstalling unrooted stock v10j. please help! I want the 6.0 update

Your welcome. It does not require rooting so i shared what i found in the regular lg g stylo.
