64gb micro sd (fat32) only holding 6gb of video

I've got a 64gb micro sd that I want to use in my galaxy tablet. The card is formatted in fat32 and I'm transferring individual 350mb video files on to it. The problem I'm having is that when I've transferred around 6gb of files the next file I transfer appears on the card, has a file size of 350mb(as it should), but the video will not play. Have tried other files with no luck it just seems that once the card has around 6gb of data on it any additional files will transfer to it but will not play.

Have exactly the same problem with a 64gb USB flash drive!

Any ideas please?

They could well be counterfeit, both the SD and USB, from what you're describing. Did you buy them from Ebay? Basically counterfeit storage media doesn't work properly, and will only have a fraction of the advertised capacity.
