I have a 6P that has been updated to 7.0 OTA. The thing is, the launcher doesn't look like the one I see in all the screen shots with the pull-up app drawer and the smaller Google Now widget.

I do have "Google Now" launcher installed, but I believe that came with the release, because I can't "uninstall" that, I can only force stop it. It also does not have any defaults associated with it.

Should there be a different launcher on my phone since its upgrade to 7.0?

Are you Rooted? Also, try going to Settings>Home and see which is selected as home. If it is the default stock launcher it will not let you uninstall it.

I can upload you the .apk or a flashable zip if you'd like.

The Pixel launcher is only coming as the stock launcher on pixel branded phones right now as far as I know.

You can search around to find the Apk to get it though. You will also need the Google wallpaper apk to go with it as well.
Also 3rd party launchers such as Nova and Action launcher 3 have these features as well.
