i have an android t mobile prism the 1st and when i send a viber message to one of my contacts it does not say seen just sent and delivered why wont it say seen? and when i call the same viber contact it just say calling then says ringing but no answer are they receiving my call or hearing it ring at all on their end? and the other contact i text them and it says seen after awhile then when it says just calling not ringing whats the difference between these two contacts they are both online what is going on??

Delivered means that it has been sent to the other person, but it has not been opened or seen. In my experience, if it's ringing on your end, then it's ringing on the other as well. You're just getting ignored.

Could be a glitch somewhere. I've had Handcent and Chomp both do that. They worked with my carrier in Utah, came home to Colorado and neither one would receive messages. They would send, but not receive. The native message service on the phone works did receive so it wasn't the voice and text service from the carrier.
Now I have to wait for a friend to try texting. She's on another network. Most others are on TMO.
