Will s7 edge ever experience either of these operating systems? I believe they could possibly be able to run but it's a pin how much little info is available on this subject.
 
Official updates would come from Samsung, but since the S7 Edge already got two upgrades (Nougat and Oreo) and is almost 3 years old my guess is that it will stay at 8.0.

There might be custom ROMs though.

Also, moved to S7 Edge forum :)

I attempted to root my s7 edge and failed miserably need help
