8" lte tablet as a phone

I've been searching for my next device. I've been a Nexus guy for quote some time. I loved the Note 3 that I had... Whet I'm looking for next is a BIG, clear screen. I love some of the chinese tablets and phablets I see but getting them is a little troublesome. Is there a device out there that I'm missing?

I can't be the only one who wants a screen bigger than 6".

Where in the world are you located, what country? I know Lenovo does some OK tablets with phone capabilities.

Quite frankly the only CDMA capable tablets I can think of is Apple iPad or Verizon Ellipsis, neither of which have phone capabilities, apart from VOIP, they're cellular data only. Certainly no Chinese ones are US CDMA capable AFAIK.

There's above 6inch phones(phablets) like Samsung Galaxy Mega series.

Voice IS data, so I don't need "phone capabilities". As it turns out, "there's an app for that". ;)

There still aren't many options...

Voice isn't cellular data in the strictest sense, ;) and many 3G/4G tablets can't make regular phone calls, not without installing an app which uses VOIP, e.g. Whatsapp, Skype, Google Voice, etc.

There's not many options if you want CDMA, and quite frankly I think it's only Apple iPad or Verizon Ellipsis, which is exclusive to Verizon of course. I don't think Samsung, Asus or Lenovo produces a US CDMA compatible tablet, and other Chinese ones don't either.
