I have a single question ....
when we make a call from one android mobile (phone a) to another android mobile (phone b), can phone a know the exact time phone b starts to ring programmatically?

(added) I'm not certain what you are asking. If you are looking for an app that will time stamp your calls and record that i'm sure there is one to be had. I could not suggest any particular app for it's something I've never looked for or tried.

I don't think that would be possible without some coordination between the carrier and phone b and some mechanism for sending the information back to phone a.:dontknow:
