Help 8micro sd card for my Samsung Galaxy s3 is saying SD card is Blank

I have a Samsung Galaxy s3 my carrier is Walmart Family Mobile.
I had a Nokia lamina 520 and I had
my micro mini SD card in that phone and the micro mini SD card
worked just fine now. I'm trying to
use the same micro mini SDcard
in my Samsung Galaxy s3 but it
say's it's Blank!!What do I do
Please help a lady out lol feeling

You might want to try checking your SD card in your computer/lap top see if the photos come up.I had an issue where my Samsung galaxy s3 wouldn't read the SD card

The Lumia is a Windows phone, the Samsung is Android. Some of the file formats might not be compatible although media files should be.
The basic format of the card itself might also be different than what this phone expects.
As suggested try the card in a PC. If you can read your files there, back them up and then reformat the card in the phone. Then try putting your media files back.
