Hey all...
hope I'm in the right forum for this..
I'm trying to skin for pure messenger and working with very basic skins for now. Using pure messenger as a platform I'd like to skin for more apps later just trying to get a start. I can't for the life of me figure out why I have a line down the center of my image. It only happens after using the 9patchpng tool in the SDK.
These are my steps:
In photoshop cs - create a new file 320x200 transparent bg
Create my design
save as PNG non interlaced
open 9patchpng
define my stretchable areas ( may be doing this wrong....probably am )
save as 9patch
on the desktop edit file name to exclude the .9
transfer to skins directory.
Any thoughts... I've only been working with this for a few hours so I'm as new as they get lol!
Thanks for any insights!
EDIT: got it working now... missing a piece of code in the xml file...
hope I'm in the right forum for this..
