This is for use with the WB 2.3.3 rom, confirmed working on v3.5 - v6.0

**Update 10.7.11....Stock rom version added, must be rooted though!**

*If flashed on v4.0 and up, YOU WILL LOSE THE POWER WIDGET IN THE NOTIFICATION BAR*

However, reflashing v4.0+ over this theme will allow you to have the power widget AND this theme at the same time. However you'll have both the stock batt icon as well as the one in the theme but if you go into EDT tweaks and hide the battery icon you'll be left with the icon from this theme only. Nice workaround if you ask me

Installation is the same for the stock version, I can't confirm if you'll lose the power widget but I imagine you would.

To install:

1.) Boot into xRecovery
2.) Manually mount system and data
3.) Go to install custom zip and select the Digital battery zip
4.) After flash is complete, reboot and enjoy!

Heya i know what i am doing with roms and rooting etc but this is my first custom zip
I have installed it on WB v6 and nothing has happened could you please tell me after installing the zip and rebooting should it just work instantly or do i need to set it some where in options and if it should just work please could you give me some advice as to why it might not be working

Sorry i was a noob i missed the manualy mount system and data bit working fine now ^_^ Thanks again great mod
 
I tried to install this on my 2.3.3 ROM, and now I just get the SE screen intro animation looping.

Wanna give WB's a try now, but I can't find a working link to download v6

Argh!

EDIT: Found the link, Install WB v6 and the mod above. Looks so much bigger on the PC. HA HA!

You got the loop cause like I stated in the original post

Always a good idea to read and understand things before you go flashing stuff on your phone, unless you enjoy breaking it and having to fix it/restore all your crap over and over.

Could you not tell how much bigger it was on the PC just looking at the pic above, based on the fact that the SS is much larger than the phone itself, let alone the screen? LoL
 
Out of curiosity, that was the first time I have had to mount system or data manually using x recovery. I am guessing that meant that was I was manually starting those two functions .why is the process different for example when flashing a rom where I just go directly to overall custom zip overall?

Good question, wish I had a good answer but the best I could come up with is because you have to. LoL
 
I loved you battery theme while I had WB's 6.0 ROM running.
But I found WB's ROM to be unstable. A lot of FC's for apps I would never have problem with before. And I had the ROM going for a few weeks.

Switched back to stock x10i 2.3.3 ROM (prerooted w/Xrecovery) that I loved before and my phone is working flawlessly.

Wish you could get that to work with a regular ROM and not just WB's.

Since you're rooted, I can ;) But I need your help

I need you to supply me with 2 files so fire up your file manager and hook me up with the following:

framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk

the first file can be found on your sdcard at system/framework
the second file is at system/app

Give me those two files and I'll hook it up for you;)
