First,I am thinking bout switching over to T-Mobile from boost mobile. N I want to go that 4G $50 plan.unlimited everything but I want like unlimited 4G n I read the data plans n it said if u pay $70 u will get 5GB worth of 4G.so what should I do?

The $50 plan only gives you 100mb at 4g or 3g speeds. After that they slow you down to 2g. If you don't need a lot of minutes you could go with the $30 plan. Unlimited messaging and 5gb at 4g speeds. You only get 100 minitues though. I have this plan and don't talk on the phone much so its perfect for me.

What would good for me I like to txt n talk n use alot of data.

I have the $70 unlimited everything plan. It's really unlimited, but after 5G of data they throttle me to 2G speeds. I never use even close to that, so it doesn't matter to me.

You should check what kind of 4G speeds T-Mobile offers in your area. Most places are HSPA+21, but a few places (like my city) are HSPA+42. I get better speeds than my friends with Verizon LTE phones. Coverage varies a lot in different areas, so the first thing to do is find out what your local carriers offer.

Depends where you are. Ask T-Mobile to get an exact figure.

You never run out, it really is unlimited. You only get slowed to 2G if you use up your plan's allotment. It resets at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.

Right now their best phones are the Samsung Galaxy S2 and the HTC Amaze 4G.
If you want a bit of a cheaper option but want almost the same power as those phones, you can try the Samsung Galaxy Blaze 4G.
The HTC One S is coming soon though.

Is the S2 prepaid and the amaze 4G prepaid?

They are post paid phones, but if you buy them off-contract you can use them on prepaid plans. You can use virtually any GSM phone on T-mo prepaid as long as it is either T-mo carrier locked or unlocked (just you can only get 3g/ 4g speeds if it has both the 1700 and 2100 frequency bands).

Also another phone that you can get cheaper than the S2 and Amaze that has the same chipset (granted it is manufacture underclocked) is the HTC Mytouch 4G Slide. It does have a 3.7 inch screen, but even if that is "small" it is still nice since it has such a high pixel density. Also it has a slide out keyboard... just another phone to consider.

The most powerful android phones T-mo has right now in no particular order are the Samsung Galaxy S2 Hercules, the HTC Amaze, the HTC Sensation, and the HTC Mytouch 4G Slide. And all you have to do to use it on prepaid is to get a prepaid activation kit (you can get them online or you can get a phone activated in store on a prepaid plan, but won't be able to get the $30 online exclusive plan).

Hi everyone,

I have this HTC AMAZE 4G phone for more than a year now, and today I faced a problem. I recently updated to Android 4.0.3 and this morning when I was trying to respond to a text message, the on-screen keyboard didn't appear to type. Turns out that its not just for the text-message app, but for all other applications and the keyboard just doesn't show up. I reset the phone twice, but the problem is still there.

Does anyone have any idea about this problem? I'm stuck with my phone now.

thanks
