A dark theme that works for the settings pages?

Hi;
I have an LG Fiesta 2 (TracFone) with Android 7.
I have installed Nova launcher, and using a dark themed wallpaper, as well as turning on night-mode (always).
Unfortunately, the dark/night mode does not affect some screens, like the settings.
Is there a way to make these screens dark as well?

Doubt it. You either need to be rooted, or on Android 8 (Oreo) which allows substratum with the Andromeda app/desktop client to be utilized to change the settings screens to dark or whatever substratum theme is compatible..

However, I could be wrong, but that is my understanding

I'm definitely not going to attempt to root my phone. I don't think it is possible with any of the 'feature' phones. Besides, having a rooted phone will get me into trouble. I get bored and do things I shouldn't be doing with the OS. I bricked one old phone doing that.

Still, it would be a nice feature to be able to change the appearance of these pages to match the users preference.
