A dictionary or a mini-dictionary which can add words!!

Hello,
I need an application which can browse through words with their meanings and display sample statements in which the word is used.
It should have features like adding new words , sorting them.
Also making list(s) of important words if possible.

I need some dictionary apps from a developer point-of-view...
To know the layout, design and also source code(if available)/ some snippets which I can re-use.

Even a combination of some applications having these features will be helpful

The amount of data would be huge if stored on your sdcard offline. Can't you just use the Android browser navigate to some website for such information ?
