Hi everybody ,a few questions I need to ask my cousin just got an Alcatel one touch evolve. She's older and switching from an old flip phone . can she stay on the $40 plan she already has?. Also how do I go about activating it I know I dial *228 ,but after that I'm lost. I'm on T-Mobile which handles things differently . appreciate the help

If you don't know it how do you go about getting it ?. I'll have to ask her when she gets home from work but I doubt it haha.

It's normally doesn't matter as long as you know your number and pin which would normally be her bday

Either or is fine it's the sim card code, both shows up in the call log as the 1888 number

Ah, thanks. I just remember seeing that on the SIM card for my kids Alcatel OneTouch Evolves. Wife and I bought the kids each one of these phones to use as game, mp3 players, etc.
 
Hi everybody I just wanted to give y'all an update. I called in to *228 have them the phone # and pin # chose the plan . the $40 plan is enough for her to have decent speed 3g to check her email and visit a few web pages I think. I also just wanted to leave the steps for further reference if someone in the future is confused like i was. Y'all just helped us save money phone was $20 instead of buying at the store with that $15 activation fee. Tight on money at the moment . I appreciate everyone's help, thank you,
