A good replacement phone?

would like to find a phone with similar features.
i like my z981 but would love to have root.
right now my headphone jack is broken. (broke about a year ago)
i did try to replace the headphone jack but I suck at soldering and it stopped working a few weeks later.
i want a phone with these exact features or better. (6in screen, 1080p, 4,000ma battery)

I have a boring job so I pass the time with podcasts.
Bluetooth earbuds work fine but it sure does drain my battery (+8hrs of bluetooth drops it to 25-40%) and i hate having to charge my bluetooth earbuds every day. (twice actually. before work and during lunch)

Plenty of phones out there, really comes down to what you want to spend? Not sure you live, but I am in the United States. A low end Android device running something like kit Kat or marshmallow, or even lollipop you get for as low as $39, of course it won't have much feature wise, on the other hand you can spend a few hundred or a $1,000 and get a top of the line Android or IPhone device
