What would be a good vpn? I'm not sure how trustworthy this WiFi is. I can use a vpn with wifi, right?

I downloaded operamini vpn and installed it. It said it would set it up but then something happened. I don't know what, but it did the same thing twice. Maybe I got a bad copy.

Well, I tried it a third time with no luck. It said something about no link found. I don't know why because it's already been downloaded and installed. What am I doing wrong?
