Help A.I. Type Keyboard errors with exchange email

Has anyone else had issues with using AI Type Keyboard with exchange emails? Whenever I click on a word suggestion the result is the suggested word on top of what I started to type.

For example if I was typing "app" and I chose the "applications" suggestion, the word ends up as "appapplications"

Can anyone help? I love the size and responsiveness of this keyboard but I can't use it for work emails.
 
Do you select the word, or press the space bar to accept the word?

Check you keyboard settings, there is a choice for this...
 
check your language\keyboard settings to see what you have set for when you press the space bar.

Failing that, install the BEST keyboard out there, SwiftKey3. It learns from your typing...
 
It happens whether I use space or select the suggested word. It only happens in exchange emails. I'm already using SwiftKey paid but I like the larger size of AI Type keyboard. Oh well.
 
Email does seem weird. Gmail does it right. But prediction using the ICS email app (which I use for Exchange) does'nt seem to do any prediction. Just has "Hello", "I'm", "Please" etc at the top and ignores all prediction.

I have the paid for AI keyboard - I'll raise a call with them tomorrow
