A least three icons are removed from desktop when restart Samsung J7

Hi community,

I have the Samsung Galaxy J7, the issue I have is that when I restart the phone at least three icons are removed from the Android desktop, usually waze, facebook and others that I have but usually are 2 or 3 icons, when that happens I need to grab the icons from the menu and put them back again on the Android desktop.

Does anybody know anything about this?

I will appreciate any help or update.

If you moved apps to external SD then you will have this problem, move them back to internal storage. Sometimes if you save web pages to external, this would happen too, android doesnt likes apps moved to external

Yes, I noticed that, I did it and I don't have this problem anymore, is this a known issue, is going to be fix or is just the way it is?
