A little help with a little video??

Hello all. I received my incredible 2 yesterday (please forgive my ignorance).
I am also the "webmaster" of www.taxelimagegroup.com. We posted a video on the index page about a month ago, and did not find out until I got the incredible that the video was not working on Andriod phones.

The file is an H.264 mp4.

I guess my questions would include... does the video work on any of your phones? If it does great, but how did you get it to work?
If it doesn't do you have any suggestions on how to encode the file to make it work?

I searched the forum and the googles but couldn't find much that worked.

Android cant play embedded h264 video. If you link to the video, it should be able to play it.

Thank you for your quick response. This seems to have fixed it. Do you know if there is a way to resize the linked video? More of an aesthetic thing than anything else. Just want to decrease the amount of page space it takes up.
