A new report from the FCC says AT&T and Verizon's zero-rate programs violate net neutrality - Reviews

When AT&T and Verizon announced their zero-rate programs, the FCC initially said they were okay and didn't violate net neutrality rules. However, upon further inspection, they have changed their mind and they would like to see these companies make changes.
