a pocket-sized powerbank for Android smartwatches?

I think it would be a bad idea... Most smartwatches depend on a phone device and so you'd be better off carrying a larger powerbank that could get some juice into that as well...

Actually battery of smartwatch is inside the watch and it lasts so few hours, (if really used)
how could you get power in a different way if not charging directly?

Because wherever you are you cannot attach a smartwatch to a powerbank, you need a table where you Can leave your watch charging, the 2 meters connection cable and the powerbank.
Imagine a powerbank that you can attach to your smartwatch, and that you can put it in your pocket.

No... I have a jacket pocket where this can charge and a short USB cable... Which can charge my phone or watch. A watch only needs a quick charge to get it going... So its not like I need to put it on a table for hours.

There are hundreds of models on amazon or eBay now... Non of which need a table to charge.

I have a feeling that you want to make a specific watch device and are looking for someone to justify the decisions you've already made.

No! It's only a different way to see the things...there was a time where someone invented wireless, another for Bluetooth,I am used to see the world from the point of future. That's all, simply we think differently

I have three 10,000 mA powerbanks that are all smaller than my phone and fit easily in my pocket. As @psionandy mentioned, I like having the ability to charge either phone or my watch as needed.

I was speaking of a system "all in one" while charging. I know the small powerbanks, and cables are always necessary.
Anyway it's only a way to have different opinions and like the phones, there were discovered many different systems, lastly the induction, just to avoid the wires. I like new ideas so it's only a starting point.

not for me, my moto 360 has metal band so impossible to fix around that stone, and/or charging while on the move
just put above but it is as an external usb, it should be good if that stone was a bit smaller
