Help a problem loading an app into bluestacks

I am trying to download an Android app into BlueStacks to test it before I download it to my phone. I have BlueStacks all setup. I can search and open app's in BlueStacks like the 1st screen capture shows. I tap the install button and the next screen capture pops up. See the blue line with the red box around it? The blue line scroll's but that's it. The prog sits that way for hours, not doing anything other then the blue line scrolling. I must be doing something wrong in the install or something in BlueStacks isn't setup right.

Have you tried other apps?

BlueStacks is the only one that I know of.

Apparently your network cant be wrong... so you tried any other emulators yet?

Alright, BlueStacks, the everyone-knows. I'm currently using KOPlayer, much smaller in package size and zero ads. Try it out? If problem still exist, the problem maybe lies elsewhere... anyway, let's just troubleshooting, OK?
