A question about adobe flash 10.1

I installed android 2.2 for my friend's Samsung I9000, it's successfully installed, and could run almost all functions well, except this, when I installed flash 10.1 from the market, and install it, it's perfectly installed, but when we run it to view webpages with flash, it doesn't work!

And then, we searched the answer from the internet, someone said that, some CPU couldn't run flash 10.1, even it had android OS 2.2 installed.

Is that true? If you know, please tell me. And thank you so much!

I can't say about the I9000, but that's certainly possible.

My phone (a HTC Hero) can't use flash even with 2.2 on it, because flash is designed for newer processors.

As far as I know the flash versions for mobile phones don't have full capability. Quite possible that the flash features of the website that you tried are not supported.
