Brilliant. I think Jesse has it nailed in this one... Rogan(at the end) misses the mark. It's not donations that are bad, it's the fact that there is: a) a giant pile of cash in D.C. to be "lobbied" for & b) a congress that routinely writes laws & regs that are prohibited by the constituton.
