Help A WiFi analyzer caused this

I downloaded 'WiFi Analyzer' by farproc in the play store and I'm assuming they released it without disabling debugging options before sending it out to production. Even after uninstalling this, these debug notifications appear consistently when there is a change in network state (as pictured in the attachments). Does anybody know how to clear these? I've tried disabling most things in developer options, including developer options itself, downloading applications that clear debug logs to no avail. Really don't want to factory reset over this, but it's driving me up a wall.

Uninstall ,then boot to recovery,
Wipe cashes, reboot and run cclean. Try that , if you still have a problem its probley another app causing the debug problem.
