I have searched everywhere I can think of and haven't found anything on this yet. I just ordered the Epic 4G Touch to replace my Evo 4G that's currently running MikG 2.53 that has a2sd support. I plan to move my 32 GB class 10 card to the new phone, but it has the ext3 partition for a2sd.
Does the Epic 4G Touch come stock with a2sd support or can it be added? Also, will I be able to restore my Evo's apps with Titanium Backup, or will they all have to be downloaded again?
Will this work as is, or will I need to reformat the card to remove the partition. I've read that just having that partition on a non-a2sd ROM can put the phone into a constant boot loop.
With all the internal memory already in the phone, maybe a2sd isn't even needed. Opinions appreciated.
