Abnormal factory reset

My ex stole my samsung Galaxy tab 4 at&t i believe. He activated it under hia name and info . when i got it back i couldnt remove his info from it. So i did a hard factory reset on it. Now its wanting the samsung account that was lasted signed in ( my ex,s ) do to an abnormal factory reset. Anyway i xan fix this ?

If you are the original owner (with accompanying proof of purchase) Samsung will reset it for you, but there really isn't a way to do it yourself.

What I don't get and maybe an explanation if she comes back from the OP. One thread you mention your EX hacked your device and in another thread you day your dad has control of your other device, please advise so we can better understand.

If it resulted from the FRP(Factory Reset Protection), an authorized Samsung Customer Service Center may help you if you have proof of purchase.
