My phone is hitech amaze s 500. I cant change the 2G mode to 3G mode. How lt can changed.......?

That phone is 2G only. It doesn't have a 3G transceiver, so I'm afraid there is nothing you can do.

(I don't have this phone, but I checked multiple reviews & spec sheets, and with one exception, who didn't show any sign they'd actually handled the phone, all said just 2G)
