Android 3.XX Honeycomb is a tablet only product, as far as I know never used on mobile phones. Honeycomb was not even widely used on tablets. Your phones specs are extremely low and I doubt there have been any updates past Froyo (no profit for manufacturer). Low end phone rarely get updates.
