Having problems with the accelerometer on my device . When I downloaded the gunship battle gamey I couldn't tilt up and down but I could tilt left and right . So I used an app to check my accelerometer data ND it showed three axis. The x and y axis showed some numbers but the z axis didn't show anything. I use a tecno h3. Pls anything I can do. Av also tried factory reset. But didn't work. Pls what can I do

If a factory reset didn't change it there's probably not a software solution (unless the official software itself can be replaced). If the problem just started and there was no update before that then it's also unlikely to be system software.
If it isn't software that would leave hardware, and there's nothing to do about that but get the device repaired.

Sounds like a fault with the accelerometer chip itself. If so it needs manufacturer service. If it were software problem, it probably just wouldn't work at all, rather than being broken on only one axis.
