Accept/Reject incoming call functions relocate

I've seen some Samsung Galaxy S6 covers for my newly acquired S6 where it has a Window on the top of the front cover, is it possible to move the Accept/Reject incoming Call icon functions from the bottom of my S6 to appear to the top half of the main screen, so I don't have to open the front cover to either accept or reject a call???

You need the window cover case to do this, it is automatic when using the Samsung cover

What about a non Samsung cover ? does it have to be a genuine Samsung ?
