Access all Samsung 6 folders through Usb to Pc

Just bought a new Samsung S6
Finding all the settings very different.
When I plug my old phone or other gadgets into the Pc through Usb I can access all the folders them.

However with the Samsung S6 the icon for it appears in My Computer
But when I click on it there is nothing there or sometimes it will show Internal Storage.

It doesn't enable me to get into the other folders where the ringtones notifications etc etc are as before.
How can I change this?

Unlock your screen while plugged into the computer

I started having this problem with the latest update from Verizon about a month or so ago. What I do is connect my phone then go into developer options to USB configuration and set it to MTP (Media Transfer Protocol). If its already set to this, I change it to another option and then back to MTP. I can access all my folders now. Good luck
