Help ACCESSIBILITY help

I have a Nexus 5 rooted with 16gb storage. Although I don't have low vision, recently went into Accessibility>talkback and Explore by Touch to see what it did.
The problem is I can't scroll down the screen to turn off accessibility. Apparently it is working correctly by telling me everything I try but how do I get out?

Can you get into the app draw go into the voice search and say what u want . such as accessibility
