i am repeating my question because i found the answer. i was on the right track in having to double tap anything i wanted to execute, but i had forgotten the need to scroll with two fingers.
my help request:
new on my s4. in setting, tried accessibility. tried talk back. now can not stop talk back tutorial.
whenever go to setting, with necessary double tap, go to device with necessary double tap, can not scroll down to accessibility.
have turned off s4, turned it back on with not help. still in accessibility tutorial.
do help.

i see a link "click here to log in," but i see no link to sign up. maybe i should go another step and click to log in. but this is the computer age, one shouldn't have to create your own work around.
i like your web sight, i'm sure you would have solve my problem.
