Accessing a NAS with Android

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question but here it goes.

I have a Lan (ethernet and Wifi) at home with some computers and a NAS. Is there a way I can access that NAS with my Android mobile?

You'll need to install a file manager app on your Android device, maybe try this 'File Explorer' app:

and there are a number of other really good file manager apps, some with integral LAN support features and some just require something like a SMB or FTP plugin.
