Root Accidentally deleted system widget! Help!

Hello guys!
I rooted my Motorola XT317 and everything was fine until I accidentally delete a widget

(w/ titanium backup) called "switch mode". Now, my phone has no menus nor dashboard. The screen is black and only shows the power bar.

I did a Hard Reset but it didnt work. I searched the web for the widget but couldnt find it. Could you guys help me out with this?
