Root Accidentally Rooted phone while trying to restore photos, now camera & S-Health apps don't work.

I lost all photos on my phone, so I used a third party software ( dr fone) to try and recover photos from an encrypted SD Card. In the process, it rooted my phone, and ever-since my camera and S-health app haven't been working ( black screen with the top bar with flash/setting icons are gone). I contacted Samsung help, and they recommended I send it to their service centre.
Is this a good idea?
Is there any other way I could fix/unroot the device myself?

I am seriously beginning to hate these recovery app developers. They sell snake oil.

Whatever Dr. Phone did to your device may only be able to be undone by Samsung ... and they'll probably charge you for it, too.

You could try to use Odin to flash it back to stock, but you most likely tripped the Knox security switch in the process, so it may or may not let you run S-health when all is said and done.

Yea I hate them, after its too late.

Best to go back to Samsung :/

Do you have any idea of an approximation on how much it'd cost?
